NeoCity Polska was created in year 2006 in order to expand the activities of NeoCity Group
on the international field.
NeoCity Polska begun its operations in Warsaw by purchasing
plots in dynamically growing district of Wola. At Juliusza Konstantego Ordona street
Intenso project was created. Intenso comprises 400 hight standard apartments located
in building with reception area, green patio, playground and commercial areas on the ground
floor. In the process of executing this project Neocity Polska cooperated with renown general
contractors such as Kramar and Unibep. Inenso was executed in four stages, all of which are
finished and sold.
In the meantime NeoCity Polska begun another, smaller project – this time in Bielany district.
A building comprising 77 apartments was erected on the crossing od Maszewska and
Rodziny Połanieckich streets. Main features of the project are big windows, spacious balconies
and gardens as well as aesthetic facade.
Next step in operations of NeoCity was a turn towards districts with big development potential
– Ursus and Bialołęka. In Ursus the Company begun construction and sales of NeoVillage – project
located in the vicinity of Ursus Gołąbki train station. Small buildings, attractive architecture
and well-communicated location gained attention and interest in the project among our customers.
Popularity of the project resulted in execution of the second stage of the project, completed
in 2019.
In the meantime the company begun construction and sales of NeoVita – small and cosy project
located at Mochtyńska Street. NeoVita comprises 7 small buildings of 30 apartments each.
Practical layouts of the apartments, big windows, elegant common areas and large spaces between
buildings made this project a true bestseller. At the moment we have just finished the construction
and we have last apartments in our offer.
Currently NeoCity Polska is looking to continue to develop on Warsaw market and is actively searching
for new plots for future projects.
The Company’s newest acquisition is a plot in Ursus district, where NeoCity plans to construct a project of
about 500 apartments.
