We’ll meet at the notary’s office to sign the purchase agreement for your chosen home, in line with the requirements of the Polish Developer Act. Your advisor will stay by your side as your dedicated point of contact right up until you collect the keys.

This is the moment you’ve been waiting for: you’ll meet our representative to inspect the work we’ve done. From here, the home is yours to use, and you can begin the finishing works — which our trusted Partners are ready to take care of for you.

Usually within a few months of handover, we’ll invite you to formally transfer the title. We’ll meet once more at the notary’s office, where you’ll officially become the owner of your home.
