An estate in the green, western part of Ursus (Gołąbki), an area dominated by low-rise single-family homes.

The first phase of the development was completed on Konotopska Street in 2013, offering the comfort of living in a quiet, peaceful neighbourhood. That phase delivered 146 studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments, while the second phase – completed in July 2019 – added a further 121 apartments and 5 commercial units.
